• A surgeon no longer needs to interrupt surgery to change machines when switching from cataract to vitreoretinal procedures
• The ACCURUS^® Surgical System uses one full-featured user interface for both cataract and vitreoretinal procedures, as well as just one cassette/pak

Anterior Features

• Provides fixed, linear and burst phacoemulsification, irrigation and aspiration capability (I/A), anterior vitrectomy and diathermy
• Features the LEGACY^® TURBOSONICS^® 375 phacoemulsification hand piece. The MACKOOL™ hand piece is optional, along with a wide variety of TURBOSONICS phaco tips
• The tubing and cassette combination provides precise linear control of vacuum, as well as more stable anterior chambers than earlier generations of venturi-based phaco systems
• The cassette design¹ assures constant fluid level for predictable vacuum performance with no filters to degrade vacuum response
• Vacuum is provided by direct venturi vacuum system with MAXVAC^® aspiration tubing
